Description

A sailboat takes us back to a simpler time when life moved slower. If we are lucky nature provides us with a good breeze and spectacular shows. Shows put on from the sedate Giant Turtles, leaping Swordfish, and Dolphins who jump and cavort around us. This, seen on a regular basis, is a highlight for most.

Over 6 days you will enjoy 4 Yoga classes that are tailored to the experience level of the group. Classes take place on the mainland of Plateria, Lakkha on the island of Paxos and island of Corfu. A day out in the sea, sunbathing, swimming, eating hearty meals from local restaurants topped of by Yoga with Perumal will release the mind and spirit.

Accommodations

Blue Planet, a comfortable 46 foot (14m) sailing vessel, houses four double cabins and a large double berth in the main saloon. There are two bathrooms with hot and cold showers and a fully fitted galley. Three out of the four cabins are reserved for guests.

If you require a hostess to prepare breakfast and lunch and to generally pamper you, this can be organized at an extra cost of 250 pounds for the week

Miscellaneous

Team / Relationship Building
During our trips we like to encourage people to get involved in the sailing process, as many find this experience both rewarding and inspiring, however this is not compulsory. Yoga sail enhances a team building spirit for corporations, couples, families and friends. We make it possible for sailing as a shared experience which encourages stronger ties with your partners, family members and friends.

Clothing
We don't supply deck shoes, or waterproofs, so we suggest that you bring some soft soled shoes with you, that are only worn on board, preferably with a non black sole, and in the rare event of rain, bring a waterproof or shower proof jacket, just to keep the worst off. Those of you joining us either early or late in the season (MAY or OCTOBER), might want to bring a jumper or jacket, just in case we get a chilly evening.

Sun Protection
Although there is a bimini cover on Blue Planet, we strongly suggest that you bring a good sun protection with you, as the sun effect can be magnified by the sea. We have found that clients get very good results with a product called P20 though you may want a higher factor. However, any of the non greasy types of sun protection are very good for you, in that they can generally be applied once even with swimming, and they are good for the other clients, in that you don't leave greasy marks everywhere.

Cruises
Included is the use of Blue Planet with a professional Skipper and all relevant safety equipment, and full insurance including third party liability along with all fuel and mooring fees.

Payment Terms
1. 50% (Half) payment is required on confirmation of booking.

2. 100% (Full) payment is required 2 months prior to departure.

3. Monetary values indicated are a reflectionof the current conversion rates upon posting. These rates may be updated upon booking.

Booking Terms
1. Participants signing the booking form on behalf of several parties are conditional to having authorization from all parties named on the booking form.

2. After receipt of full payment the confirmation invoice sent constitutes a binding contract.

Liability Release
a) Yoga with Perumal LLC, its officials, directors, and employees expressly disclaim any and all responsibility for any incidental charges, liability, loss or risk, injuries or any other damages, personal or otherwise, which may be or are incurred as a consequence, directly or indirectly, of the actions or negligence of Participant or of any other third party during the Participant's attendance at any of the holidays indicated.

b) Any Participants attending any of the events, including the use of premises where the events will take place, shall be at the Participant's own risk.

c) It is prohibited that the Participants engage in any illegal or improper behavior, including, but not limited to, drunkenness, use of illegal substances, and disturbing the peace. Yoga with Perumal LLC reserves the right to take any action that it deems necessary to enforce this prohibition.

d) Participants who decides not to partake in the total execution of program for any reason except a verified emergency will be responsible for all expenses incurred by Yoga with Perumal LLC up to the date of this participant departure along with the penalties imposed by the ticket issuing airline and the transportation back to the Airport of origin.

e) We do not treat acute cases or those who suffer from communicative disease or skin problems.

f) Yoga with Perumal LLC reserves the right to end the participation in any event if any Participant incurs in negligent or improper behavior. Yoga with Perumal LLC will not pay for any of the expenses incurred by the Participant before and/or after the culmination of his/her participation.

g) All bank transfer charges incurred on the side of the participant must be paid by the participant. PayPal transfers incur a markup of 3.5%.

The word Participant refers to the visitors who will participate in a holiday sponsored by Yoga with Perumal LLC. The word event refers to any activity related to a holiday sponsored by Yoga with Perumal LLC.
